Nominating a Charity

Please complete this form to nominate a charity. Nominations are due a few weeks prior to each meeting to verify the charity's 501(c)(3) status and that they meet the additional qualifications listed below. See the Upcoming Meeting page for current nomination deadlines.

Members must be in good standing:

• have a signed membership form dated from our last meeting.

• are current since the last donation.

To be eligible, a charity must: 

• Be registered as a non‐profit for at least one year and agree to provide tax receipts to each donor. 

• Provide charity representative to complete the Follow-Up Form and be available to speak at our next quarterly meeting and share how donated funds were used. 

• Not promote a religious or political organization/agenda. 

• Charity is available for future contact from 100 WWC.

• Agree not to sell, give or use 100 WWC - GSV contacts for solicitation unless written permission is given.
